This policy explains what information Elite Window Tinting Inc. (“Elite Window Tinting,” “we,” “us”) collects through elitenavarre.com and when you call, text or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, book an install, pay a deposit or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, vehicle or property details, the address where you want the work done, preferred dates and times, and any notes or photos you send. If you call or text us, we see your phone number and the messages you send.
Payments
Deposits are processed by Stripe, or by Cash App if you choose to pay that way. You enter your card or account details on their pages, not ours — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe and Cash App share with us what we need to match a payment to your booking, such as your name, email, the amount and a booking reference.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics. They record things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, a Google search), your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Our web host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and complete your install, and to text or call you about it.
- To take deposits and final payments and keep records for taxes and accounting.
- To honor your warranty and look up past work on your vehicle or property.
- To answer questions and respond to reviews or complaints.
- To see which pages help people find us and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Stripe and Cash App (payments), Tint Wiz (quotes and scheduling), Google and Ahrefs (website analytics), and Hostinger (website hosting and business email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide service, stand behind our lifetime warranty, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of those services.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jesse@elitenavarre.com. We may need to keep some records, such as payment history, where the law requires.
- Tell us if you no longer want texts or calls from us, and we will stop, other than messages about a job you have already booked.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Children
This site is for adults arranging window tinting and related services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
